Failed to capture "Adobe Reader XI" window

I failed to capture with window Created and Visible trigger "Adobe Reader XI" main window (window name : Adobe Reader, class : AcrobatSDIWindow). Could you please advise ?

Solution : You have to turn off Protected mode at startup. This can be done by choosing Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) and unchecking Enable Protected Mode at startup.
