Eating the windows key
#1
I'm using windows 7, and I keep pressing the windows key when playing games which stops the game in its tracks, I've been trying to set up Quickmacros to eat the key so it won't do that.

What I tried was setting up Windows Key to be the trigger for a macro with the "eat" option set, but I think it won't work without a second key held down at the same time .. such as Windows+L

Is there a way to use quickmacros to eat the windows key on its own?

Thanks

Try "Remap Keys". It is in floating toolbar, "More Tools" menu.

Other way - set low level keyboard hook that eats Windows key. But may not work in some games. The above is more low-level, and should work always.
