MACRO AND FUNCTION

I have a macro and a function that works well together. The function waits for a dialog box and enters text. The problem is, when this happens, the macro is still running. What can I do so that when the Fuction runs, is to stop the macro before entering text in the dialog box?

ends macro. Pausing would be difficult.
