Pop Up menu hangs

I purchased a new laptop with Windows 7 Home 4 bit.
Some of my T.S. menu macros didn't work so I upgraded to 2.1.6 build 1 (on XP Pro) to 2.3.1.9

Now when I open my pop-up, it comes up, but it's not working
(this was an old issue, which was happening only the first time when I open the pop-up, it takes some time, just sits there, then starts working.)

Is there any log, anywhere where I can see what the issue is?

Some QM version, maybe 2.3.1, don't remember, had problems with getting icons of some files. Try QM 2.3.2 beta. Also please post the menu here.

I installed fresh, the beta version, then copied the List.qml (I think) file, and it might be even worst now.
I noticed another directory with Main.qml file.
Is there an option, or a way, how to export, then import the configuration, instead of mucking around or recreating every single thing from scratch?

If popup menu hangs, try how works when 'No icons' checked in Properties. Also please post the menu here.

Exporting/importing settings is in Options -> General.

QM opens Main.qml when file path is not in registry. It happens after installing QM first time on that computer/account, or after uninstalling/installing.
