EnableScrollBar ShowScrollBar

I am trying to remove scrollbars from web browser but i think i am using these 2 functions wrong.
Could somebody please direct me to how to do this.

I have been trying over an hour now with this code it just doesnt seem to work no matter what i change.

Need to change HTML. Maybe it is possible (not sure) if it is internet explorer. Possible if it is web browser control in a QM dialog.
