transparent click through

is there a code for this , lets say i have 2 windows open and am working on one window , is there a way to make it transparent enough to still see it and click on an object in the 2nd window?
or a code i could add where the mouse will click through the first window if second window is activated? thanks

Can make a window partially transparent, but clicks still will go to that window, not to a window underneath.

what about ? if both windows were up at same time , is there a way to either make it close front window then click back window or possibly make it bring back window to front , click on the item , then close the front window? the problem is , the front window has to be ont , and both are being choseen items with but command , if both windows popup at same time the back window errors! thanks again!
