I'm getting this error (after a reboot) when I tried to start up the "HTML element actions" item from the "Windows, controls" menu.

Exception while compiling TO_Html. Exception 0xC0000005. Access violation. Cannot read memory at 0x4D9D. In ntdll.dll at 0x7C911948 (0x7C900000+0x11948).
