Place this in init2 function or in macros that need it.
common_controls_api contains only declarations that are used by QM extensions. If you have QM 2.1.5, all or almost all common control constants are defined in winapiqm.txt, and can be accessed through WINAPI. Example:
out WINAPI.LVM_GETITEMCOUNT
