File change trigger : folder watch with regex

Hi Gintaras, hi all

I'd like to make a trigger with file monitoring in shell menu trigger

All folders share a common part: \IDM

I'd like to trigger with that part, but I fail to find the regex to use. I have same function used with two
different folders trigger and like to make only one

Those folder are named

c:\IDM
D:\Store\IDM
T:\téléchargements\IDM

so if a regex with IDM in folder monitor tirgger can be made, thanks for help

Regex cannot be used. Need 3 macros.
